PSYCHOTHERAPY AND QIGONG:

JOINING HANDS TO CREATE A NEW ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY

12th World Qigong Congress, San Francisco, CA

April 25, 2010

Participants will learn transformational tools for integrating Qigong and Western bodymind healing methods. Dr. Mayer has been at the forefront of integrating Qigong with Western Bodymind healing methods for the last two decades. From Dr Mayer’s experience in the integrative medical clinic which he co-founded, you’ll see how to integrate Qigong into Western behavioral health care treatment; and you’ll discover how an integral approach can bring the essence of Qigong into psychotherapy without ever using a word about Qigong and without doing a Qigong movement. Dr Mayer’s energy psychology approach will be applied to anxiety, chronic pain, hypertension, etc.
