What is Bodymind Healing Psychotherapy?
Bodymind Healing Psychotherapy (BMHP) draws from traditional forms of psychotherapy (psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, etc.), Dr. Gendlin’s “focusing,”, Jungian/archetypal, symbolic process approaches to healing, hypnosis, energy psychology methods, and cross-cultural healing methods such as Qigong and acupressure self-touch.
